What is the difference in "Port" and "Door" selection?

If "Door" service is available and selected for a request, the quotation provided will include all landside charges at the port where the door selection has been made.
In case of "Port" option being selected, costs for all landside services and port related surcharges will be excluded from your quotation and will be payable at a later stage by the buyer or the seller depending on the commercial terms.

Ports I ship from/to are not available. What can I do?

The FreightKart team is working on expanding our network of services offered all the time, and we promise to look into your request and make it available online. What are FreightKart's payment terms?

Payment for our services are done by you only once the shipping Bill of Lading is approved and you have received an invoice from us in your dashboard and via email.
